Managers and Guests
ftopia lets you define two types of users: managers - who can set up their own rooms and invite other users, and guests - who can only access existing rooms.
You can filter the account user list according to their type.
Run a search on users' name or company.
Add new managers, who, in turn will be able to create their own rooms.
The "Pending" flag represents users who have been invited but who have not yet signed up on your account.

Add a new room and invite members
Adding a new room only takes a few seconds. After having invited guests by typing their email address, you will be able to start to share documents with them right away.
Type the name of the room, and add a description if you wish to.
Set the maximum size of the room so that you can control the volume of storage required for each room.
Just type the email address. They will receive an invitation to join the room - new account users may add some personal information when signing up.
Import guests from your other rooms.
Define guests as visitors, with read access only, or contributors that can add their own files in the room.
