Set up your virtual rooms



It's easy and straightforward to set up virtual data rooms with ftopia. Rooms are virtual workspaces where authorized users can share documents in a secure manner. You can dedicate a room to a customer, a project, a team, etc. You can even customize rooms with a logo and define file categories and status that make sense with respect to each room.

Invite users on ftopia



You can invite people to join the rooms that you have set up in order to share files with them. Rooms are isolated from each other, in order to make sure that each user can only see and contribute to the rooms she is allowed to.

Uploading files



Let's see now how to upload documents with ftopia. Using the web application, you can let users quickly upload files in any given room, and copy or move them around in other rooms once they are uploaded. Users can also assign custom categories and status to each document, and add a text description. It is even possible to manage multiple versions of the same document.

Searching and downloading



Any member of an ftopia room can open it in order to download shared files.
