How does the free trial work?
When you subscribe to a price plan, you automatically get one month free. During this month, you can close your account at any time, no questions asked, and you won't be charged at all. Once the trial period is over, your credit card will be charged for the next months subscription, plus VAT if it applies. You can also choose the free plan, with limited space and users, but without any fees or limits in terms of time.
How much does it cost per user?
ftopia is not priced per user. You can add as many users as you wish - within the limits of the selected plan. You can even delegate administration rights to other users within or outside of your organisation, meaning that they will be able to invite others and set up their own data rooms. With a clear and simple plan model, you don't run the risk of excessive costs when extending ftopia throughout your organization - particularly as adoption of its features spreads.
Is there a minimum subcription period?
You can stop using ftopia and close your account at any time, no questions asked. There is no penalty or account closing fee of any sort; you just pay for the current month, once the trial period is over. You can also upgrade or downgrade your paying plan at any time, or even switch to the free plan. ftopia is as flexible as your business ought to be and this is reflected in how you want to use the service.
Does VAT apply? If so, at which rate?
If you reside within the European Union and if you use ftopia for business purposes, you may type in your VAT number in the signup form so that we won't charge you any VAT (you will have to calculate and declare the VAT in your EU member state). If you don't mention your VAT number or if you live in Ireland, the Irish VAT rate (21%) is applied. If your address is outside of the European Union, no VAT is added to your subscription fees.
